Payment and Billing

Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellations: you Can cancel a service before the work begins by sending a written notification to info@jgarciaservices.com. You will not be refunded the payments for services that are already underway.

  • Modifications: Any change in the scope of the service (e.g. to add a additional procedures) must be agreed to in writing and may incur additional charges.

  • Delays: we are Not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g. USCIS, DMV) or by lack of documentation of the client.

Limitation of Liability

  • Without Warranties of Results: Although we work with professionalism, we can not guarantee specific results in paperwork with the IRS, USCIS, the state of Texas or other authorities, as the final decisions depend on such entities.

  • Client errors: We are not responsible for errors, fines, or penalties arising from incorrect information given by the customer.

  • Damages: to the maximum extent permitted by law, J. García shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
